Our Approach

The American dream demands that people and companies play by the rules.  If you want to know the rules when it comes to employment law or if you want help asserting the rules, come to us!  We are two lawyers who have built our practice through hard work and professionalism.  We have worked hard for everything we have and we will work hard for you.

Legacy of Success

We have a combined 48 years of experience practicing in the employment arena in Chattanooga and East Tennessee.  Together, we have handled over 300 cases in Federal Court and many others in our State Court system or alternative dispute resolution.  We promise to communicate in a timely and honest manner, to work hard on your case, and to give everything we can to try to produce a satisfactory result for you.

Types of Representation

We undertake representation on either a contingent-fee or hourly-fee basis.  Many of our clients cannot afford to retain an attorney on an hourly basis and we welcome those and all clients for consideration.  We are selective about which cases we consider for free consults or contingent representation.  We will be happy to provide more details concerning our available representation once we have progressed in the screening process.  We do promise that our fee is reasonable based upon each unique case.
